Exchanges & Returns
We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not – say the size is a little off or the model just isn’t right – we can either organise an exchange or issue you a refund to your Club Card.
The process could not be easier, simply take the item along with all the original packaging back to the golf check-in desk and we will do the rest.
All new items come with a minimum 12-month guarantee backed by the manufacturer. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:
For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. Please complete the Enquiry Form stating your e-mail, order number and daytime contact number so we can arrange the exchange.
For purchases over 30 days old but less than 12 months old, please return the item to your club, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number and your daytime contact number.
We will contact the relevant manufacturer for inspection and, at their discretion, repair, replace, offer a like-for-like replacement, issue a voucher, or return the faulty item if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault.
In some cases, where the manufacturer feels there is no manufacturing fault, they may offer to repair the faulty item at your own cost. If you accept their offer, you will be required to pay for the repair before we instruct the manufacturer to proceed.
Return of funds
In the event that we agree to return items and refund, the payment you made will be refunded to your Club Card. Where you hold a value in excess of £100.00, the excess value (i.e. sums over £100.00) is eligible for a refund to your bank account, if you request us to do so. This request can be made by sending an email from your recognised email address within our systems to [email protected].
From the date of the request, we aim for the funds will be back in your account within 10 working days.
