Where do I collect my order?

From the golf desk at your Club when you check in.

I can’t find the item I’m looking for, what do I do?

Complete the order request form and a member of staff will respond. The fact is we can’t possibly show all items we have in stock on the website!

Can you deliver to my home address?

We do not deliver to home addresses. By using our own in-house delivery service direct to our clubs, we greatly reduce the likelihood of problems with delivery. Your purchase will be waiting for you when you check in.

How frequently do you do deliveries?

We deliver to each clubs a minimum of once a week. Any order placed by midnight each Sunday is available for collection from the club by the following Thursday, subject to stock and availability.

Do you price match?

We price match any item we sell and it’s delivery against any other retailer – we’ll even match discount codes and those all-important sales periods. Here’s what you need to do to you get the best price:

Why is my membership discount not being applied to certain products?

Unfortunately certain products including golf clubs, gadgets and certain trolleys are excluded from membership discounts. However, if you have seen the product cheaper elsewhere please send a link of where you have seen the product cheaper, and we will be happy to price match.
